Jake, our salesman, for just starting out at 19, was one of the best salesman I've dealt with. He pays attention to what the customer wants and needs. Great kid. Diring the sale, I pointed out an issue with the headlight. Water had gotten in due to the rear headlight cap not secured. The next morning I went out to check the headlight and it had moisture inside. I called and emailed the dealership and no response. Moral of this story is, They take great care while your their, but once you leave, your on your own.

Purchased a car from this dealership recently, upon purchasing we agreed on having a couple small scratches and interior blemishes fixed after the sale, I have it in writing, well apparently their idea of “fixed” is using a sharpie and a paint pen to fix said issues. Instead of doing things the right way they half aed our agreement. I will not be a returning customer and I will strongly recommend customers go elsewhere. Thanks (Update) after calling and leaving a message, I get no reply. They don’t care after they made the sale. Just be careful buying from this dealership. If you want something fixed on a vehicle make sure they fix it before the purchase.

I very impressed at the service I received. Mark offered excellent customer service and listened to what I needed. He addressed all my needs in the repair and went above and beyond to answer all of my needs in the repairs. Everyone was really nice and I'll definitely be coming back for my repair needs in the future!

Brought our explorer in for service. Airbag light was on. Adam was nice and helpful explained what could be causing it and said they would probably have it looked at the next day. Didn’t hear anything for 2 days. Called left multiple messages on multiple days and on multiple service dept numbers. Finally I drove down to the dealership to see what was going on. I was told that it was in line and hadn’t been looked at yet. They had our vehicle for 3 days at that point and promised to call Monday with an update. No calls Monday. Left multiple messages again. End of day Monday I drove down and asked for my keys back. They all scrambled to even find my vehicle. After 20 minutes of “looking for it” they found the paperwork and said it was diagnosed. 1400 dollar repair. Promised Adam the advisor would call Tuesday morning. No call. I call in again and surprise surprise someone answered. Adam stated it would be finished that day and would see “what mark could do”. So after holding my vehicle hostage for almost an entire week they decided knocking 200 dollars off was sufficient. Needless to say I will never go back to this dealership and do not recommend anyone go here for any sort Of service or purchase of a vehicle. PS the last time I had my truck there they put in the wrong kind of oil. Had to wait for 2 oil changes. Kevin was the advisor that day. Lack of attention to detail and just caring in general. -5/5 stars.

When we walked into this dealership we were greeted right away. We were offered water, coffee. Salesman \ Gary Johnson\ was Awesome. Very kind, very knowledgeable about questions we asked. Jodi the general manager even came by and said hello. We left there with a New car! Well an older car but new to us!!!! Our experience with AutoNation was fantastic!
