I recently purchased a 2004 F150 from Chapman and I honestly could not be happier with the vehicle. The truck was sold \as is\ but a issue did arise after the purchase which after contacting Chapman and finally working directly with the Sales Manager Craig... Not only were we able to come to an agreement for a repair, he reminded me that excellent customer service and service recovery still is a thing in the world. I will be bringing my truck into Chapman the next time I'm passing thru AZ.
