This place is an actual scam. It legitimately doesn’t matter what evidence you present. I have clear evidence of myself not being in the area during a photo traffic violation. I had my case dragged out by the courts for 10 months I had members of my community say/sign that I was not there during the time of the traffic ticket The vehicle that was in the traffic violation was not insured or registered to me The person in the photo was wearing dark sunglasses The police officer stated that they DO NOT have technology that can see past glasses. And still this judge says WITHOUT A REASONABLE DOUBT that I am guilty. Because the picture “looks similar to me” It is definitely not innocent until proven guilty in Scottsdale city court the moment you walk through those doors you are guilty. Hopefully these people live short lives/careers so this breakfast club can be broken up and we can harvest some actual justice.

Overall the employees there are really nice and helpful. Judge Pierpan needs to retire. That man is just too old and stubborn to be a judge. He reminds me of my Mom when she blames me for things I clearly didn't do. Do everyone a favor. Retire. Please. Now. Geeze. #old#retire#stayinbed#dontforgetyourmeds

A travesty of injustice - good ol' boys club of judges and their circles of friends in the surrounding communities. If you are to be tried here, I sure hope you have an in with at least one of the judges. It's amazing how due process and fair, equal litigation is hit or miss here. Sad, truly. We should be so much better than this! In closing, ONE DOES NOT RECEIVE A FAIR TRIAL HERE - EITHER HE/SHE KNOWS A JUDGE AND IS LET OFF OR WINS, OR HE/SHE DOES NOT KNOW A JUDGE AND NEVER GETS A FAIR SHAKE. THIS IS SO SO SO SO SO OBVIOUS!!!!

What do you call people who take 274 for speeding via secret cameras? Thieves. Plan and simple. The city of Scottsdale City Court is a den of thieves.

I've never had a reason to be inside this courthouse but have alway had great dealings with the City of Scottsdale for other things. I would park on the library side of the garage or in the parking spots around the library and walk South to the court building.
