Buyer beware... I bought an item from them that did not work. They agreed to refund my purchase after I send it back at my own expense. Fair enough. The person I spoke with said to just send it back to the address on the box. And despite the fact that their website says that you need an RMA number for a return, the guy said don't worry about it, just send it back. So, I did... and followed up the next week to see if it had arrived. I spoke with the same individual as before and he told me it was there and my refund would be processed shortly. A month went by, so I followed up again. Only now, the story has changed. The same person who told me it had arrived before now said \we don't have it\. Strange right? Well, now it appears that they intend to wash their hands of it, leaving me with no product and no refund. If you do decide to purchase from them (and I would recommend that you don't), pray that you don't have to go through the exchange or return process with them. And also - INSIST on them following their own RMA policy procedure. This is where I went wrong, but there is no reason for the company screwing me for my 100. ** UPDATE: 6/21/2011 ** After being told to chase it down myself with the manufacturer by Eco Distributing sales staff, I did. Shortly thereafter (a week or so), I received my refund.
