WOULD NOT BUY/LIVE HERE. I never leave google reviews but I feel obligated to with the service/experience received. Staff is unhelpful with anything and is very rude. The staff never gets back to me and tends to drop the ball often. Parking is a nightmare especially if you have guest. Guest will be towed/ticketed if not registered which makes it impossible to ever have people over. If you do decided to live here don’t EVER plan on being able to enjoy anything without the staff/HOA ruining it. Would recommend a HARD pass and would live anywhere but here

Paul Martin's. This was great in every way possible. Service was impeccable and the food was as good or better. Expensive, but you get what you pay for, as they say. I can't think of anything negative with our groups experience. Wow.

I have rented here for the past 6 months. The thought was to live here with a possibly of buying when my lease had expired. Glad I only rented as there is no way I would ever buy a unit here. While the unit itself is very nice and the staff working the office is top shelf, the construction/project manager of the complex is woefully inept. Will not return phone calls or cares about the people who live here. Basically works with impunity. Ongoing construction in units around me has made living and working close to impossible. I will state that management gave notice of work being contemplated. I would also say that the amount of noise and discomfort was soft sold. This has been going on for weeks. You would think with the money they are asking for these units, there would be more concern by construction staff members. Simply put, they just do not care. There are better options out there. Like living on an active runway at Sky Harbor.
