Had a great 3 days of training on the AK rifle with Haley Strategic Partners in Arizona this week. Since my retirement from the U.S. Navy two years ago I have really missed warfighter type training, so as a birthday gift to myself I drove to Arizona to train with Travis Haley who is a combat veteran Recon Marine. Travis a legend in the military community and an absolutely phenomenal shooter and teacher. Enjoyed my time at his headquarters and especially at the range working the AK rifle and training hard in the hot Arizona sun. While here I was able to meet and chat with American AK legend and gun builder Jim Fuller which was priceless. In addition, the staff at Haley Strategic Partners was just amazing and very hospitable. Josh and Jared in particular were amazing teachers and incredibly friendly and helpful. I highly recommend training with Haley Strategic Partners and will be back to train with them again.

I sent in a flatback plus that I was told would be fixed back in April of 2020. I have yet to receive my back pack back or have heard from Haley Strategic. I've called numerous times to be put on the back burner. Unacceptable. They make limited number of products, so everything they sell gets resold online for double the price. A good company wouldn't let this happen, coming from a business owner... not a good practice. 0 stars if I could.
This HAS to be one of the BEST companies in this sector! Nobody can compete with the gear or service they provide! I see a lot of talk about customer service... from where I’m standing I can hands-down say that this was one of the most favorable customer service experiences I’ve ever been a part of. I have a chest rig and a flat pack and I integrated both into a plate carrier It is now 110 outside and I seem to have misplaced my flat pack straps to integrate it back into my chest rig as a standalone rig and they didn’t ask any questions all they did was state in the first email that they do not sell replacement straps... I sent one more email prodding hoping that they would sell me some or help me find a solution...... all they did was ask for my address no red tape no nothing they sent me the new straps hands-down best company ever Travis you have earned my business for life! Not that you didn’t have it before Stay frosty boys and girls.
Owner is more worried about being Instagram famous than answering their phone.... can't even get a call back for weeks.
Went in to check out the location and their showroom, and was thoroughly impressed. They immediately stopped what they were doing to let me in and answered all of my questions/demonstrated all of the gear I asked. They have a great collection of various weapon platforms and the entire showroom is hands on. Meaning you can hold the rifles, test the slings, etc. Left with a tshirt and sling adapter, but I'll definitely be back to get more!
