I have worked at Santy now for about two months. There is a very positive, energetic atmosphere here. From C-level, directors, and team members my views and suggestions are heard and respected. It is refreshing to work for a company who believes in empirical data and bottom-line business impact. It's also fun that it's pretty dog friendly :)
I worked at Santy for 2 years and enjoyed every minute of it which certainly made my decision to move back to Michigan a tough one. From day one I had a huge support system and was always encouraged to grow personally and professionally and was given the resources to do so. And the office atmosphere made it truly fun to come to work everyday; passionate people, creative minds, great clients, ping pong and summer Fridays!

Santy has UNPAID interns doing social media for their clients. I don't recommend you work there and I don't recommend you bring your business to them.
