Unfortunately the business was not able to address our repair needs however gave valuable advice and spent time speaking to me and educating me on what to do. Really appreciate the owners time and honesty. If there was a service that they do provide that I needed I would definitely use them in the future.

I had a technician from Scottsdale appliance and AC come over to repair my refrigerator. The technician came in short notice and answered my many questions. The price I paid was fair and I'm happy with the service I received. Photo is of the fan that was repaired.

This company is great. The owner is super honest and knowledgeable, which is so refreshing. He treats you fair. This is the first call I would make if any of my appliances break.

Okay, I do not know how to start off here. I call in on Monday. Schedule an appointment for my refrigerator and dishwasher for Tuesday. Not a problem. I did call late, wasn’t able to be added for the same day. Tuesday morning comes, and I receive a call from the office letting me know if it was okay to push me for a later time. Apparently the tech had an emergency. I say that is fine, and let them push me forward. When the time comes around for my new appointment. No one shows up. I call the office to find out the whereabouts of my technician. I get told I was moved for a Wednesday appointment. Since the tech was running behind. Mind you, this would had been okay if they would had called me. No one called. I canceled the appointment. Called a different company. They came that day and found my problem. Will be getting repaired tomorrow. Stay away from this company! Side note: tried finding the company due to them having an “office”. Drove down to their “location” They don’t truly have a location. Just a fair warning. This is not a local and trusted company.

This company was SUPER unprofessional. Not only did they confirm my appointment from 11-2 (window times), they proceeded to change this time 2 more times. Luckily I was able to be at home. So time change was no issue. Once the repair man arrived he looked, took some pictures of the washer, and left. only saying someone would be in touch with me. I waited an hour and reached out to the business myself and was met with HORRIBLE customer service and not a single solution. Don’t bother with this company, they don’t know how to meet a problem and fix it. They rather you take your business elsewhere.
