I haven't bought any vehicles from this place, but I know a woman who has. And they refuse to do the Factory recall warranty work on her car. Because part of the air conditioning was damage from road debris. But it needed to be replaced. From a factory recall and they still wouldn't do it. I will make it a point never to go there.

This was buy far the best experience I've ever had with getting my car serviced. They went beyond my expectations. I took my car in to have the rocker arm repaired. It was finished earlier than expected. They shuttled me back home, cleaned my car inside and out, and gave me an extra key after accidentally locking my original one inside my car. To top that off, I didn't have to pay a cent. All the services and parts were under warranty. The car wash, extra key, and shuttle were all free. I was totally surprised, and actually insisted that I pay them something. I'd recommend anyone getting their car serviced to go to the Chapman Autoplex in Scottsdale. Super customer service. Dave is a great person to interact with - listened to my Jeep concerns, made recommendations and made the entire experience stress free. The dealership is welcoming - designed for customer comfort (if you wait). Love the design of the space that lets customers see what's going on in the service bay (like the open kitchen concept at contemporary restaurants). I didn't buy my Jeep at this dealership but I will NEVER go anywhere else for Jeep service.
