I had the protein pancakes and made it a triple play. I was a bit hesitant to try them but I’m glad I did because they were delicious! Plenty of blueberries and oats which all balanced out together with the pancake batter and syrup. I will definitely go back and try something new next time.

If you're in town visiting Scottsdale and looking for a Family owned, Dog Friendly place with good food and great service then don't bother going to Butterfields, because they won't even allow you to sit on their patio with a 4 lb. puppy. They actually asked if we would put our 2 month old Boston terrier puppy on the outside of the fence while on the patio.. So Ridiculous! So instead, we went across the street to US Egg and couldn't have had a better experience by doing so. Right when we walked in, we were greeted by the manager/one of the owners and he couldn't have been more accommodating and friendly to us. They set us up outside and made sure that the portable heater was on and working, as it was a bit cold in the shade. They also let us know that we could move inside as well, if it was to cold for our pup. The food was absolutely bomb, the Champagne Flight was amazing (Make sure to get the Sunset Mimosa with Fresh Strawberries in it), and they made it extra special by giving my Wife a Free Bailey's and Coffee for her birthday! Needless to say, we'll definitely be back, the next time were in Scottsdale.

Lots of breakfast places around Scottsdale. This one is good, but not the best one. Food was large portions, which I like, but not as tasty as others I've had. Service was great, but the decor was old. Not quite the old eclectic style, just the old worn out style. Might be best just to get rid of some of the plastic plants. It was worth a try, but with other options, I'm sticking to those.

Host wore a bandana around his neck but didn't once cover his nose or mouth with it during the 1.5 hours there. Took 45 minutes just to get warm eggs, the first round was stone cold and took 30 minutes to get to the table (we almost left since nobody ever said why a long wait, only a handful of people in the restaurant and no large groups). Saw our waitress a bunch, but never at our table, typically random other people delivered the food or checked in. She would see me look and avoid eye contact and never really came by. Had to ask a standin hostess for help since the main host walked to the patio through the restaurant on his personal cell phone talking with no mask on to take what seemed like a personal call. Food, when finally warm, was nothing to get excited for, very bland and boring. Dish was also presented very different second time around, clearly no consistency with cooks. I wish I would have gone to Dennys across the street, prices, service, and quality of food would have been far superior.

Food came out cold. Understandable, it was busy. We initially waited 20 minutes for it and the ticket to heat it up must have been put at the end of the line. My family was finished eating by the time it came back out, another almost 20 minutes. The waitress charged me for the food after I told her I didn’t want it anymore. She said this was with management approval, which is really terrible service. As someone that runs another restaurant, I know you should 1) not serve food cold in the first place, 2) give priority to re-makes, and 3) not charge for food not consumed.
