Awesome service, especially during this pandemic! Our service rep, Tyler Sanford, went the extra mile to ensure that our system was fully-functioning. He spent time reviewing all of the changes that he made to our system, made recommendations, and serviced our entire system. What a great experience! I had to have my 15 year old geothermal system replaced.. Geotherm came out, looked everything over and gave me a detailed estimate for everything. I decided to add geothermal hot water system too. They kept me up to date on progress and were very professional and friendly the whole time. Joe and the team know what they are doing. This system not only runs perfectly, but it's also very impressive to look at. I'm hoping to have them install solar in the future as well. So happy to have found a company who takes pride in their work and strives to give you outstanding service as well!
We received our annual service check this year from a technician called Sanford. What an awesome guy! As someone who knows next to nothing about how our geothermal/aircon works (I am not the homeowner, and I was not around when these systems were installed), I was so appreciative that he took the time to talk to me throughout his service repairs, explaining what he'd found, how it worked, and how he could get it to work better. He was clearly an expert, but was also patient and friendly to me, even though I was of absolutely no help to him. He went above and beyond the standard one would expect on a routine service check, even taking time to replace some not-wrong but not-quite-right wiring he found from a previous repair/installation. I'm confident that our house could not have been in better hands. If you see this, Sanford--thanks!
What an incredible experience!! My WaterFurnace installation is the first step in a whole house remodel. To that end the project needed to work with my house's current state, while optimized for the future. So much fun, seriously. Working with Jesse and Dave throughout the project was great every step of the way. Communication was great and the end result is beyond expectations. I have realized \u003e70% decrease in my utility bill the first 2 months after the installation. WOW. Why did I wait so long to do this? An unexpected benefit is how much cleaner my house is. I have a dog that sheds a small animal everyday. The increased airflow reduces the amount of fur that is in the air and captures it in the filter. The additional benefit that is not often talked about is the increased winter humidity during the winter. Typically hot air heated homes will fall to less than 30% RH during the coldest days. With GeoThermal my RH is never below 40%. This makes everything feel so much more comfortable as well as eliminating static electricity issues. If you have a house that is a candidate, do it. And use GeoTherm!
I cannot say enough good things about these guys. First of all, I really liked that I was able to communicate directly with the owner (Jesse) reguarding pricing and questions about the right system for me. The installation team was amazing. Project Manager, also named Jesse, was awesome. I used these guys on a new construction so they were very detailed about where the best location was to place registers, returns and the system. These guys truely take pride in their work and (Project Manager Jesse) would call me daily on the progress of things. I went with the Water Furnace Series 5 and Desuperheater. So far I love the system. The system runs really quiet and I barely notice its on. It also really gives me free hot water which is awesome. I cant say how much money the system is saving me yet but we will soon see. I highly recommend Geotherm and will be using them again to do some duct work when I finish a bonus room.
