My wife had knee surgery today and I called and spoke with Kate. And told her what was up and what I wanted and she did a nice flower bouquet along with some cool Get Well Soon balloons at a fair price. And my step-son stopped by and picked them up and delivered them to his Mother for me since I'm out of town cause I'm a over the road truck driver. Thank you Kate and everyone at McCarthy's who helped make this beautiful arrangement. You all did a great job. Bob McHugh

My wedding flowers this past Saturday came from McCarthy and I cant thank Kathi and everyone there enough for how exceptionally beautiful everything was. I lost count of the amount of compliments I received on my flowers and centerpieces. Everything was absolutely perfect and I couldn't have hoped for them to come out any better! Kathi did a great job at capturing exactly what my vision was and bringing it to life!
I am providing an update regarding an incident I posted about on Feb 4th in relation to a poor customer experience with a team member of McCarthy Flowers. I came back to update my post about the experience I had with Brian McCarthy and his General Manager Kathi. I received a call on Feb 6th from Mr. McCarthey profusely apologizing for the experience, and he offered resolution while taking full accountability for the unfortunate incident. Mr. McCarthy and his leadership team truly believe in customer excellence. Not only did he call me to discuss the matter and apologize, but he also sent a detailed text message to offer his service to me in the future when placing orders with his organization. Mr. McCarthy's acknowledgement heartens me and demonstrates his company values, delivering stellar service to his customers. As a result of this experience, I will continue to support this business. I want to let others know that this business owner is genuinely a great individual committed to customer excellence.

I made an order from Texas for my aunt who lives in Scranton. Ordering online was pretty easy and straight forward, I was excited. However, i don’t know man. I don’t think I got exactly what I ordered it seemed way off and sloppy. It looked nothing like what I had seen online, what I had “ordered”. Also for the 70 we spent it was not worth it in my opinion. I hate leaving bad reviews but honestly we were pretty disappointed.
