I was considering purchasing a property that would require remodeling/expanding but had septic system issues. I called the county with questions and they told me to call a septic system designer. I called Allied Septic Design and told the person who answered (Susie or Susie) what my questions were, in general. I also gave her the property address. She said she'd have her husband, Frank, call me when he returned to the office later that afternoon. About an hour later both she and Frank called me back -- together! -- and they had done some research into the property and were familiar with its history and unique properties. They explained to me in great detail their preliminary analysis, conclusions, possibilities and suspicions. I asked him how his calendar looked for the upcoming week and he said he could be free the following Friday to inspect the property and that he'd hold that date for me until he heard from me. While I decided not to buy the property, what saddened me most, I think, was that I couldn't engage the obviously professional, responsive, kind services of Allied Septic. I have no doubt they would have done a splendid job for me. I will keep them in mind, and you should too.

I called with a bunch of questions and they were extremely helpful and straightforward with answers. They gave me more knowledge about septics in 20 minutes than I could imagine. We ended up not needing their services but next time I know that they are the professionals I can count on.
Very knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Finished it and passed the inspection without any hitches.
