Seabreeze has poorly managed our property for a few years now don’t even know where to begin. It took finally suing them to get them to fix anything. They left my home a disaster, brought in vendors who were never qualified or allowed in our home, they completely ruined our bathroom and refused to pay for damages. Court of course won in our favor. The property manager NEVER returned phone calls or emails, we had to get their owner involved and a lawsuit for them to lift a finger. It’s absolutely disgusting that companies like this still exist and will gladly take your money and poorly mismanage your community to the ground.

They don't have a problem cashing my HOA check monthly, but you have to chase them to respond to issues happening in your unit. Still waiting for several months for a response to the lack of hot water in my shower.

Unbelievable for the amount of money that we paid we got absolutely nothing. Slow response, lack of professionalism. They gave us a 60 day notice but quit working months after they were hired. I do not recommend them, totally disappointing, felt they robbed us, and they knew we were struggling.
