I'm a big fan of the smaller, more local hardware stores. Even though this is a Sears Hardware, it's independently owned. I've found the associates who work here to be super knowledgeable and helpful. A great place to shop, no complaints.

its a good place to shop, once you find someone to help they are very attentive. We have bought appliances from there for our home and lawnmower. no complaints with store or staff.

The telephone listed is a fax machine, are they stupid or what? perhaps they don't want anyone calling them. I dropped my lawn mowing machine for repair over a month ago and they keep telling me it will be ready next next week. I am so tired of their poor service. I will never buy anything again from Sears.
This store is great. The salepeople go out of their way to explain things and load your car!!!
Excellent service and the quality of what thay sell is better than anyone else. There craftsmen tools are really guaranteed for life.
Was a decent hardware store but closing Dec 2017 and the shelves are bare - picked clean.
