NEVER fly with this company. You can not depend upon them to be able to pick you on the day of your expected departure. Three times that I personal know about, that they have had to cancel an expected departure with only minutes notice. All three times have been from Korea to Japan or from Japan to the United States. The flight from Korea to Japan was delayed a week so they could get the plan fixed. Finally the just sent in a new plane to pick all of the passengers and get them to there final destination. The other two times no reason was given way the flights was delayed. This is a hell of a way to treat your service men,especially when they are just trying to return to their work, or to come home before their next duty assignment. The military needs to cancel their contract with them and award the contract to a company that keeps their plans in tip top condition.

Flight attendants have the Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Military is cheap and goes with this garbage airlines all the time. Delta is the way to go. They love their military!!!
Left over 200 Military members and their families stranded in Japan for over 4 days.
