There's absolutely nothing pleasant about discovering that a pipe under your house has decided to spring a leak and spray water all over your crawl space destroying the insulation and soaking up through your sub-flooring. The Flood Guys were recommended by Apollo Plumbing - Ivan was at our house on a Saturday night within 90 minutes - I should mention we live North of Everett and he was driving from South Seattle, it was after 5pm; it was dark, cold, and wet but he had no issues getting down to business surveying the damage that was already done. Over the course of the next week and a half we had daily visits from Zach, D, and Jacob. They always made a point to send a text or give us a call letting us know their ETA. As hard as the process was - noisy fans, a hot house, ripped up flooring, plastic makeshift walls and zippered doors, we made it work. Zach was always letting us know where we were at in the process so we never had to guess \what's next\. The Flood Guys are top notch professionals and I would highly recommend them to anyone who may need their service.

The flood guys were amazing from start to finish they came and mitigated all of the water packed out our belongings. We were immediately placed in a hotel that same day storehouse was remodeled after the flood. Thanks to Cory & Ryan Frair, Joe Brigham, John, Jayden Bailey Ryan Marcus Jacob. You guys treated us like five star customers even in the midst of a disaster and loss of our kitchen. They really want the extra mile, true professionals in the industry if you have a flood you need to rely on the flood guys anybody else and you're taking a huge risk. I highly recommend their services as a real estate professional I would only refer my clients to them.

The Flood Guys were recommended by my plumber after discovering a leak from an upstairs neighbor's shower. The were professional, clean and efficient. If only the industrial fans were as accommodating. :D Seriously, those things suck, but The Flood Guys were great. Shout out to Ivan, D’Ayres, Joe, Jacob, Zach, and Eugene specifically.

When we discovered a leak under our house, I had no idea whom to call as we had never experienced anything needing water mitigation. On a referral from Apollo Plumbing, we called The Flood Guys. As the name states, they were all guys who came out immediately and began the clean-up. They were courteous, respectful of our property and incredibly responsive. Zachary, with whom I communicated with the most, worked around my schedule and always responded to me within minutes, as did the job leader Ivan and Jacob. The Flood Guys even recommended a contractor after our first one didn't work out, and we love him! A big thank you to the entire team - D'Ayres, Zachary, Ivan, Eugene, Jacob, Joe and Randy for working to make this unhappy event the best it could be. I would absolutely use them again and will recommend them to anyone who needs their services.
