I am a first time home buyer. I had a great experience with Caliber loans and I recommend their service. Nancy has walked us through the buying process in details and they were very prompt to address our concerns. They didn't hesitate to jump in a call regardless if it is office hours or not. They are very friendly, not even a single time I doubt my decision to work with them. Loan offer we received was very competitive, I didn't even feel the need to shop around. Entire process was very well organized and all have been executed on the exact date that they have communicated in advance.
