Devonshire Landscapes just finished installing our new fence, and we couldn't be any happier with the process or the finished product! We wanted something that was a little more custom and detailed than we were finding at other fence companies. When we described what we were looking for to Will, he understood exactly what we were asking for, and made us feel confident that they could make our vision happen. The final product turned out better that we could have hoped for! We decided on a 6' wooden security fence, with cedar posts in pipe and horizontal pine boards. We also had the crew remove our back deck stairs and reinstall them, with a newly built landing, on the other side of our deck. It flows so much better now! The crew also removed the very old, dilapidated chain link fence. It was gone before we even noticed! Will also offered some additional ideas for our backyard that we would have never thought of, and now we couldn't imagine our yard without them! Thanks to his help, we now have a “pocket door” at the back of our property to access some previously unused space, an amazing fingerprint scanner lock, and a new layout for the deck! The Devonshire Landscapes crew was very professional, on time (or even a bit early!) and great to work with from start to finish. They were super friendly, and respectful of the sometimes early hours and the quiet neighborhood. They left our house looking like something on HGTV! We will definitely be having them come back next year to replace the front deck!

Will Devonshire and his crew just recreated our entire courtyard, backyard patio and driveway with 2X2 ceramic tile and pavers. They dug up all the old brick, leveled, masterfully fixed all of our many drainage issues and reinvented our existing firepit. They worked with us on design and finished right on budget. Will is a perfectionist and takes alot of pride in his work and attention to detail. Crew was great, lovely to work with, showed up every day on time and worked til dusk. We wanted to hire a local West Seattle contractor and could not have been more pleased with the result! HIGHLY RECOMMEND these guys!!!
For the past four years, The Kenney grounds have been maintained by Devonshire. Our residents, families, and neighbors love the pristine look. Classic Blow and Go service. Don't bother. After charging 275 a month all winter to blow our pathways and stairs bi monthly, they canceled the service citing that \parking was too difficult\ They also need far too much direction.
