Their website says they are open until 9 pm, so my friends and I went there at around 6 pm to go get a reading done. When we get there, there is a puppy all by himself sitting by the door, and when he sees us he gets very clearly frightened and starts barking non stop. The door is locked but there is a doorbell, so naturally we ring it. The open sign is on and there are lights on in the building, as well as a living dog in there, so we know we didn’t accidentally somehow come after close. After about 5 minutes of waiting, we decide to call. No answer. Ring the bell again, no answer. Call again, no answer. Another 5 minutes go by and we decide to call one last time. A woman picks up and is immediately very rude, saying they are closed (despite definitely not being closed) and that they are doing a birthday party and we were interrupting and then hung up. Terrible customer service.

I had an amazing reading. I got so many questions answered. I have a lot of hope and faith because of her. She was clear and straightforward. She did not sugar coat anything! Non judgmental. Caring, makes you feel safe. A God given angel.
I came here over a year ago looking for help with my daughter. She supported me and together we worked on bringing her back. I was told when I would see her again and it was not what i wanted to hear but I stayed the course and I did what I was asked to do. My daughter came home the exact day I was told she would. Thanks to this place, I held hope for her return and this hope helped bring her home. I don’t have enough words to express my deep gratitude. While we were working to bring her home, Ava called out some other things she saw happening in my life and she was on point. I never shared personal information and was only focused on my daughter. I will resist Ava from time to time to check in and she still reveals new truths to me and helps me through my challenges.
She was very good! She read both my and my mother’s palm and was very accurate. Highly recommend!
