Jacob went out of his way to be helpful and proactive in the conclusion of my case. He was always available to answer my many questions in an extremely complex case involving a very persistent debtor. I was always fully informed of everything happening in my case including all possible and likely outcomes. He was extremely knowledgeable and honest with all interactions involving my case and always knew the debtors next move before they made it. Jacob was very fair with the charged time he spent on my case and ultimately got exactly what I wanted through a well executed plan that we made “TOGETHER”.

Back in 2017 Mr. Jacob DeGraaff was recommended to me by a friend. At the time I had been working with another attorney on a sensitive business matter but unfortunately I wasn’t happy with the performance of my council and about his lack of communication! When I met Jacob I was highly impressed by his straightforward approach, obvious high level of knowledge and confidence in his field and it was refreshing to meet an attorney that his primary focus didn’t seem to be on how much money he would charge me but rather on how he could help me to reach a reasonable resolution for what ! The next day I decided to hire Jacob to represent me in place of the other attorney and I can’t tell you how happy I am about my decision to work with Jacob’s firm! The best way I can describe Jacob is that he is both a scholar and a gentleman!
