Awesome experience! Excellent customer service. It wasn’t a proper dock yet but the owner said they’re planning to make it a nicer one in the near future. However, there’s a cozy changing room and towels were provided. The hot tub boat itself was very very nice. Will definitely come back again.

This was amazing! Would definitely do again anytime with friends for special occasions or when friends/family are in town. They had all the nice touches - a small heated building with towels for changing, a restroom nearby at the docks, and they even had floating dry bags for your phone so you could take pictures and not worry about dropping your phone in the lake. It was so much fun!

I went out on the hot tub boat last night and had an amazing time. It was beautiful to be out on Lake Union at night with the space needle and Seattle skyline all lit up. Water was included for our group and towels were ready for us when we returned. The hot tub even had a place for speakers! Highly recommended for a truly unique Seattle experience.

What a cool experience! Loved every minute of it - the water in the tub was perfect temperature and it was just great to sail around in Lake Union and see Seattle from a different side. Would highly recommend it!

I recently experienced the joy of the HotTug Boat! Being out on Lake Union, in a hot tub, with friends, under the moon and stars, while marveling at the beautiful Seattle skyline was a recipe for bliss. The water stayed hot the whole 1.5 hours we were out on the lake and the built-in coolers kept our beverages at the perfect temperature. It's simple to drive and very quiet, so you can enjoy conversations with others in the hot tub. I can’t wait to experience the magic of a HotTug boat again!

Horrible service. Booked a Sunday afternoon cruise a few months ago. They texted us a couple hours before our departure and said the heating element was broken. We decided to give them another shot and rescheduled for the following month (end of March). They emailed us the night before our booking and told us the motor was broken, asking us to reschedule or receive a refund. We chose the latter. The first time they canceled it seemed like a fluke. The second time they canceled it made me question how well their business is being run. I would suggest looking elsewhere.
