Working with James over all these years has been an absolute pleasure and success. His vision of what my desire in a space are have matched our needs perfectly. We started with a fireplace build out in our 1948 untouched basement to store all the kids toys and family games while giving us a surround for a gas fireplace and it turned out wonderful. So we naturally asked James to partner with our contractor when we finished out the basement and from an entire unit under the stairs to laundry cabinets and a bathroom vanity made of bamboo wood and we love it all. We were fortunate that James built out our fireplace mantel upstairs as well to include a TV unit, drawers and shelves as well as a beautiful surround set just right for the fireplace to shine. We will uses James for all our cabinetry and detail projects. In all years we have worked together, we are thankful to call him our friend now too. He's our guy! Thanks for building beautiful woodwork around our house, James.

James designed the layout and built the cabinets for our kitchen remodel and we can't imagine how it would have turned out with him! We had a cramped, outdated kitchen with no usable storage or counter space and prior to the remodel, spent many hours trying to map out how to get the best use out of the space. When we met with James he immediately made several suggestions that we would have never thought of and his custom cabinetry was not only beautiful and affordable, but infinitely increased the functionality of our home. James was friendly, easy to work with, professional, and always on schedule. We highly recommend!
James was great to work with and we LOVE our cabinets! He custom built natural cherry cabinets for an extensive kitchen remodel and we are very happy with the quality of his work offered at a fair price. Our contractor also enjoyed working with James and was impressed by his craftsmanship. Upon visiting his shop near South Park, we saw his high-quality tools that allow him to produce quality products and noted that it was the tidiest fully functioning shop we had ever seen! This was a good sign of things to come. I believe his estimates are fairly accurate, although our final design included many more cabinets than our initial layout (our fault, not his) so I do not have valid numbers for comparison. The construction schedule he proposed was met. James was very patient as we went back and forth, zeroing in on our final design. Something worth noting: The price does not include delivery. We paid a moving company by the hour to deliver our cabinets, which took a total of five hours. We whole-heartedly recommend James to anyone looking for custom cabinets.
James designed a set of built in beds with a wardrobe between, as well as a long set of cabinets in a hallway of our home. As well as the cabinets in a family cabin kitchen. Could not possibly be happier with the design and quality. I will use James as long as he’s working.
I can't say enough about how much I enjoyed working with James. Complete professionalism, superlative craftsmanship, and seems to be a genuinely nice guy to boot! The quality of Jame's work is very noticeably better than other small custom cabinet shops because James is the sole craftsman - the continuity of thought and execution is evident and worth the investment! Also, it's worth noting that his pricing seemed very fair and was not much different from some of the semi custom lines from large manufacturers. Truly a pleasure!
