My first time buying a motorcycle from Lake City Powersports was stress-free and an enjoyable experience. I worked with Cole, who is very professional, responsive, patient, amiable, and insightful. Cole bent over backwards to accommodate my schedule, and he went above and beyond when delivering my motorcycle. I've been a repeat customer at several motorcycle dealers, including the Honda dealer on Capitol Hill, and Ridewest and later Noble Rush; however, since they are no longer there, I've been searching for a dealership that is top-notch in hospitality, communication and responsiveness. Other local dealers lack in the customer service department, and should take a page out of Lake City Powersports' customer care playbook. I'll buy more motorcycles from Cole and Lake City Powersports in the future.

My husband and I recently purchased a Kawasaki Vulcan 900 classic from this dealership, and I cannot express how great it was!! Tom was extremely accommodating and he helped us throughout the whole process, making it very easy. I was unfamiliar with the process of getting a loan and he helped us figure out what to do step by step. He even went out of his way to assist us during off hours due to our busy work schedule. I have never experienced a more kind, helpful, and accommodating salesperson before. When we buy our next bike, my husband and I will definitely be returning and I will be recommending this dealership to my friends!
