If I could give a zero star, I would. STAY AWAY!!! Tom Feldman did not verify all the details with the lab that actually performs the test, so after all samples were collected and sent to the lab, the lab REFUSED to have the test done!! It could all have been avoided, if he checked with the lab beforehand. He did not. Once again, stay away
Tom and Sarah are amazings! They took a stressful situation and made it a lot easier on me. They explained ever step and made sure I understood, what was going on. My test took longer, because my fiance passed, while I was preganat with our son. So getting his DNA from the Medical Examiner was an extra step, that we had to take. They keep in contact with me as the process continued. I would highly recommend NW DNA, to anyone who needs a test done, the right way.
Extremely helpful Tom Feldman is Committed to his work. Went out of his way to help us get our results on time. I can’t think of any other place you could go to .
I’m not saying our experience with NW DNA or Tom was “bad”, but it definitely could have been better. Tom was fairly good about being in contact with us right up until we had paid the amount in full- then it just really seemed like he could not care less. When the results came in and the lab had called us, they called the wrong numbers so they emailed Tom telling him to please let us know that they had called but couldn’t get ahold of us and to give us their contact information. They sent that email to him at 10 am the day we were supposed to get our results. I hadn’t heard anything from anyone the day our results were supposed to come back so I contacted Tom and he took hours to get back to me only to tell me “oh they couldn’t get ahold of you.” And I had to press him for info like their contact info, how to get ahold of them, what was going on, etc. I just found the whole thing very unprofessional and like once they got the money they didn’t actually care too much about their client. Got our results a day late. Also- I had mentioned to Tom several times that I was in the military and not one time was the military discount brought up. So with both these things combined- Not the end of the world- just very annoying oh well, every case is different, it happens.
