I love my Minerva! Great staff and easy adoption process. I was a bit hesitant but the staff member was encouraging and now I’m 5 months into one of the best decisions I’ve ever made :)

Currently, you must make an appointment after reviewing the online cats available for adoption. They are not available for walk-ins due to Covid conditions. I was dropping some donations off during regular business hours, but found no one available to come to the door. I left a voice-mail that was promptly returned, and was able to make a flexible appointment to drop by the next day. Very cheerful and grateful staff.

Great experience. Staff was helpful and caring. Covid safety measures were well established. Facility was very well kept. We brought home 2 adorable kitties that have been just wonderful. Highly recommend.

I adopted Noah from PAWS about five years ago, and went back for Violet a year ago. Both times I was impressed with the staff and the facility. I love adopting from people who know their cats! They were very kind, explained all the paperwork to me, and helped me with my Seattle city pet license. If I ever get the opportunity to adopt from PAWS again, I will!

They are small but packed with wonderful staff and lots of cats. We had been looking to adopt kittens for months, and we were always striking out at other shelters that were closer to our home. The one trip we took to Paws was on a whim and we walked out the same day with two adorable kittens. I can't explain how thrilled I was with them. My hands are full with two kittens but when I'm ready to adopt again we will be back! I'm referring all of my friends to Paws. Tucker(5mo) now named Batman aka Bruce & Batman(3mo) now named Nightwing aka Dick.
