I have visited this place for over a decade. There are so many Vietnamese restaurant in Seattle downtown area and my pick is always Pho So 1 as they cook what it is supposed to be prepared. Bun Bo Hue and Pho Bo are always recommended for rainy days in Seattle. The owner, cook and staffs are kind and professional. Cheers!

A very small pho place in ID. There is a underground parking lot that you can park there for free which is a great thing because parking is never free in Seattle! I read some great reviews on their bun no hue so I had t try it out! I am always on the search for a good recipe! This place definitely didn’t disappoint! They had all the fixings that you would expect in the soup (surprisingly a lot of places do not have the blood cubes which I require it in the soup). It wasn’t too spicy, actually it was pretty mild. I ordered some spring rolls with it and it was very filling!

My missus is from Saigon way of Phan Rang. We come here for the Bun Bo Hue. Fresh, all the right vegetable sides and broth is amazing!

Came in and you basically choose where to sit. I ordered steak and brisket pho and a side of egg rolls. The pho was pretty good, the broth could use just a little bit more flavor. The egg rolls were great. The service is great, he got our order and our food came out pretty quick. I would definitely come back again and also recommend it if you are in the neighborhood.
