Lots of Collection companies are just out to get you but not PSC I have been working with them since they got a majority of my debt. They were more than happy to set up a payment plan and when I have to push it out a week, they are fine with it! I have been working with Kaylee(spelling may be off) and she has never been pushy or rude. They except the fact that I do not make a lot of money and were happy to direct me on how to set up a payment plan. If I forget to make a payment, they do send me a reminder call but they do NOT blow up my phone. Definitely some good people here!

Such a rude costumer service over the phone . Blames on me everything after I pay all and I don’t know what’s the system to payment . If I paid in full and received receipt . Need more clarification for you guys system .
The people who work here are extremely rude. I have a lot of medical debt from getting really sick and almost dying, while not having insurance. We went in to PSC to get things figured out. We didn't even get passed reception. The manager came out and told us, in the reception area for all to hear, that our balance was xyz and if we couldn't pay it off within a year then there was nothing to discuss. Our balance was huge and that would be impossible, so we walked out. The next time I tried to get things figured out, she was extremely rude and dismissive on the phone and accused me of lying about the first time and said that there must be miscommunication between my husband and I because she tried to call us several times after that, which she did not. I get that debt collectors have to be aggressive, given their job. But if they're trying to get collections settled for their clients, they should try to be a little nicer. I would not advise anyone to use this company for debt collection, they do not try to work with the debtor at all.
Was super nervous to call a collection agency but whomever I spoke to was so nice and helpful. Quick and easy and truly made my morning. Not only was the representative helpful but just overall super nice. I appreciate it so much!
I called to pay off a debt and the lady I spoke with was named Melissa. She was EXTREMELY rude to me, tried to belittle me for asking a question, raised her voice to me, and talked down to me all while I was attempting to pay of the money I owed. I ended up hanging up and calling back asking to speak with anyone BUT her and was able to pay off my debt in full like I intended. I would never want this woman representing my company. She is completely unprofessional.
