Just purchased a wool rug for my elderly schnauzer. I figure even dogs need to style! Almost better than the piece itself was the customer service. We had a delightful conversation about the different processes she uses and she took the time to explain them to me so I could make an informed choice to meet my needs. Personally I would have loved to purchase everything in the shop. I really appreciate that there are so many price points so everyone can take home an amazing creation The quality of materials, color choice and designs make versatility of every piece was superb. And she has curated the shop to make it so warm and welcoming. I will be back to score more treasures.

Unbelievably wonderful! Creative, beautiful fiber art for the home. I needed some sort of firm pillow to elevate the height of my footstool and had no idea how to do that without creating a giant mountain of pillows. The fur ball is brilliant! I also needed a unique pillow for a desk side chair and was delighted with the unusual and beautiful one that I found. I've also ordered another custom pillow and also purchased gifts for the holiday - all unique handcrafts that are stunning and well made. There are an infinite number of options for using this beautiful felted wool and the other fibers at JG Switzer. I believe that most of the business is sold directly to the trade so it is doubly delightful to be able to visit as a consumer. This store and her owner are a true treasure and a must visit when you are in the area.
