First time at Second Amendment through a referral and was very happy with the staffs friendliness and knowledge. Showroom was clean and well organized, ranges looked modern (observed through the viewing window). Overall would highly recommend!!

I’m a novice and these places can feel intimidating but not SAS.. Everyone was patient with my questions, the young guy behind the counter was knowledgeable and informative. Shooting range was clean and safe. Thoroughly enjoyed my experience here. My wife also a novice loved it

Terrible service. Took a shotgun in for repair. Initially said 2 to 4 weeks. Heard nothing for over a month. After calling to check and leaving messages and stopping in the store. No one ever had a clue what the status on my gun was, and they never call back. After getting the run around for several more weeks, I got a voicemail from a guy who said my shotgun was missing a bunch of parts. I called back several times, and stopped in the shop several times to see what parts were missing. Again, no one had a clue or called me back for weeks. Then, they called and said my gun was ready. I went in and they had replaced “missing” pins and springs that were in the gun when I dropped it off. After asking about the parts, they then said the pins were loose and needed to be replaced. First they were missing, now they were loose. I could not stand to hear any more lies and dumb stories so I just paid for unnecessary repairs. Too bad, it could be a nice local gun shop. I understand that sometimes things happen, or repairs take longer. But they continued to lie and avoid dealing with me. … Then, the next day I took the shotgun apart to check the repair. They were supposed to restake a feed latch that came out. They didn’t even make the repair. So, they didn’t fix what was wrong, lost a bunch of parts, and charged me for the service.

These guys are absolutely awesome. Every time I’m there they’re always super quick to make sure I’ve been helped out. Nice range too!

Best indoor range I've been to. Staff is phenomenal, highly educated, friendly as can be.
