I frequently receive packages at a P.O. Box and the staff at this post office are so patient, professional, and kind. They seem to deal with a lot of angry, demanding people and do so with great decorum. I am very grateful for these wonderful professionals and though what they do is often taken for granted I hope we will all choose to be grateful and express appreciation when we are feeling demanding and entitled.

About an hour ago I got a package that contained stuff that was ordered for Christmas. The package tape was completely split and both flaps were unsecured and able to be opened. It appears that the side flaps were possibly pulled upwards to open my package. When the office was contacted, they explained that the conveyor is breaking some tape, and the box was pressed inwards. I can understand that to an extent, but wouldn't they want to retape packages that are getting opened like this by their equipment? Also, since the tape was busted completely on both sides, it appears the box was opened upwards and not smashed inwards. Either way, it's good to know that this office will take good care of your Christmas presents!
They deliver mail my neighbors all the time and my mail to my neighbors....can't trust them. They lost my amazon package. WERE IS YOUR EYES???WERE IS PROFESSIONALISM.
Havent had a bad experience with them yet. Always nice and usually fast. My neighborhood postman (south sneed) is very conscientious.
They work and they are under staffed and I can appreciate that. Regardless, they do their best to serve the public, even those who complain.
