Chris came to our home and had wonderful customer service and was very thorough with everything. He made sure we knew exactly what was going on and what all was needing to be replaced- any questions we had he made sure to answer. We appreciate the great work and all of the excellent service!! Chris is the reason for my 5 star rating. He was our saving grace. Chris is pure gold! He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and taken care of. He noticed things in the house that were put together wrongly by the previous service worker, things that weren’t even finished . He fixed issues that we have needed fixed since March and provided us with the best costumer service that I have ever had in my entire life. He truly went above and beyond for us and I will forever be grateful for him. You don’t find workers like this often that give it 110%. Chris, you are amazing. Thank you for making things right! Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
I can't say enough about the wonderful experience that I had with my technician Chris! He was very thorough and knew exactly how to answer any questions I had. He dedicated as much time as I needed to addressing concerns and going room to room with helpful information. He definitely went above and beyond any other technician I've ever dealt with in my home. 100% recommend this company and their wonderful employees like Chris! I felt very comfortable with him and very confident in his repair abilities. If any issues come up in the future I'll be requesting Chris for my repair needs. Such a great experience!
The five star rating is because of Chris. He was the redeeming grace of my experience with Texas Built Mobile Homes. My salesman was not much help. He could not answer some of my questions. Jennifer in the finance department was helpful and gracious. Kelly in the service department was also helpful and appreciated. However, if not for the customer service provided by Chris I would not recommend this company.
