I have been having problems with my speakers blowing amplifiers. Jerry went out of his way to contact the manufactures representatives to diagnose my problems and work to solve the issues. He has been to the house several times to diagnose and hook up the equipment. His love for HIFI and music as well as home theater is amazing. I have never had this level of service. Would highly recommend this group of professionals.

If you are sick of the big box stores with their lack of knowledge, expertise and customer service, you really need to stop by this showroom and talk with these knowledgeable folks. Richard can put together a system that will truly blow you away. The neatest thing of all is you won't see any of it because the speakers are components are all hidden. The showroom is very impressive too with several different rooms setup such as a kitchen area, the best sounding conference room I've heard, and a world class theater setup like you'd see in a 5 million dollar home. The theater is truly prenominal from it's custom columns to beautiful hand made sky-like ceiling (has stars that light up, a comet and even thunder); I have never seen a demo room with the level of care and craftsmanship that these folks put into it, and I've been to many high-end audio shops around Chicago and the east coast. There's also no snake oil like at some shops, just 40 years of experience and world class brands you will not find anywhere else in this part of the US. There is far more knowledge in this place than at any audio shop in Oklahoma if not the whole Midwest region. The folks are very nice and honest there, and will treat you right.
