I believe his name to be Kevin? Bought a battery and it went dead (my alt is bad). I called and asked if I could replace it. I did tell him I had an appointment at home and couldn't come down and he offered to send a driver out with new battery? What? Did I hear that right? Wow! I looked, and there is no place to grant 1000 stars. I'm sorry it's only 5. If you are doing business with a multinational corporations, you should be ashamed of yourself. My review is a reflection of many times shopping there. So happy that service and customer respect still exist in this mixed up world. When was the last time you had a good feeling shopping at Schucks (or whatever you call it). Stay away from big box corps.

First, they have great hours. I work 7 days so to have a place I can run errands when I get off work is valuable. Next, the team is friendly, knowledgeable, willing to help. If they can't, they provide suggestions on where I might get solutions. Please keep it up!

Knowledgeable staff, fast, friendly, and more importantly more home grown than O'reilly! But, my Dad is and always has been a mechanic... And he has always said it's darn tough to find a good parts person??? Well, you can find a couple at AA AUTO PARTS!! IT'S AWESOME WHEN YOUR WRENCHING ON A CAR TO ACTUALLY GET THE CORRECT PARTS?
