I don’t share this review easily, as I have given it much thought. And decided I would rather someone read this and be warned of the awful service and treatment than to go in blindly to Serramonte Certified and be met with the same disrespect and waste of time that my husband and I experienced. The woman sitting in the waiting room with us shared she was going thru the same unbelievable experience over two days. We walked in to the dealership and decided on the car we wanted quickly (a used Audi) and we had an approved car loan with USAA in hand. The level of disorganization and rudeness and disrespect on the dealer side was appalling and unacceptable. With any inquiry we had after waiting about why the paperwork was taking so long was met with the service center blaming finance or finance blaming the service center. And not a spirit of listening and learning but blame and disrespect. I had the manager walk away from me in the middle of me trying to share what our experience was like. And he laughed in my face when I asked him to be respectful and to listen. RUN don't just walk a away from this place. I can only hope that the manager goes to sleep tonight feeling into how he treated me in front of my son.and have some earning and remorse enough that he will do differently next time. I used the experience to talk with my son about how this mans behavior disrespectful and not productive. If any manager fromSierramonte certified is reading this, please use this as an opportunity to train you managers on respectfully listening to costumers before you lose business or worse, get sued.

I purchased a car from here and was very impressed. The person who I purchase the car from is Sean... He was honest friendly and willing to work with you. I recommend the place because of his professionalism
Great professional staff, our sales man Sean was so happy, patient and helpful you couldn't of asked for a better buying experience that wasn't pressured. And not like most car dealers they recommend you asking questions. For an example of honesty we seen the car on their lot only and when we sat down to talk about numbers Sean already had a printout of their mark down of the car online that dropped the price on the car 1,000.00 immediately. We have bought a lot of cars even though I and my wife are in our early twenties and it was nice they treated us the same as anyone else that came through the door. The dealership worked with us due to we brought our checkbook to buy the car without knowing that it had to be a certified check for them to accept payment, and they worked with us so we could take the car home that day and not have to drive home five hrs and back a different day. We are extremely happy with our 2013 Chevy Sonic LTZ. We hope in the future we can buy our next vehicle with them again. I highly recommended them and Sean.
