After finding a water leak and the severe damage in multiple rooms, called Tammy at Servpro and Ben came out and started the mitigation process immediately. Tammy was always available to answer any questions and Ben was onsite daily throughout the demolition, drying and even coordinated the asbestos removal (house is 50 years old). Definitely recommend!!!

When I was woken up at 3 in the morning to my daughter yelling my name, the last thing I expected was to come downstairs to my kitchen flooded! First thing I did was call my dad. He told me to call Servpro of Pickens county. Ben Wilson came to my home and explained everything that needed to happen. With my husband being out of the country, I had a lot of questions that Ben answered in a way I could easily understand. Servpro was able to save my floors and made this entire disaster seem less disastrous. Thank you to all of the Servpro team!!
