I love this cabin!

We are checking out of a bear encounter in the morning. I will start with the positives. The cabin itself is a pretty nice cabin. It is nicely decorated with nice appliances. It also has apple tv, which my teenagers love. It also has the nest thermostat. Fireplace is set up with a timer, which I thought was nice. The master suite is nice, and the beds are super comfortable. There was plenty of extra blankets and pillows. Now if you have problems climbing steps or hauling luggage up steps, then this cabin might cause you a little struggle. Also the front door opens right on the couch, so you have to come in, shut the door before you can get to kitchen. Now I will tell you about the dog poop right outside door off master suite balcony. We were leaving to go to dinner show and my husband wanted to take a quick look outside from the balcony. First step out the door, stepped in piles of dog poop. A few bathroom breaks stacked up there. Needless to say, my husband was mad,mad. I sent pics attached to an email and a phone message to office, but I haven't heard from them yet. The pull out sofa is broken on one side ,so it sleeps with a slant. The washing machine doesn't work. I had to manually restart at every cycle. The dartboard broken, and all the darts were broken too. There were dirty socks from previous guests laying in floor. There was dried food in pots in kitchen cabinet. I hope they look around and clean better for next family.
