I purchased a 20,000 longarm machine. The whole thing. A Juki TL2200QVP, the grace frame and the computerized quilting system. There was no customer service, I was told I would get classes to learn the system. That was totally not true. I’ve had nothing but trouble trying to get them to even answer the phone. The only good thing I can say about this place is they have an amazing serviceman, Bob.

Bob the service guy is great and knows what he's doing and is very knowledgeable. While I was unhappy to hear about the fact that my Babylock Ellageo Esg is too old to find parts for anymore, I need to apologize for taking that frustration out on the shop. They do superb maintenance and repair! Since they were unable to do anything for my Babylock, they did put my deposit for service towards my Brother VE2200 when I dropped it off today. I do wish they did offer classes but after talking with the owner, I understand his point in expense and lack of space.

I’ve purchased several machines from Sewing Express and have never had a problem. I think the bad reviews are coming from crabby people. Over the last 20 years I’ve purchased many machines and have gotten wonderful customer service and warranty work. Service was always done to my satisfaction- I would not have anyone else but Bob work on my machines! Give them a try - they have the expertise!

I am from out town, and i looked up on the internet to see where a sewing shop to get some sewing needles,(I don't pay attention to reviews) and while I was there I asked about the dream machine 2... Sue sat down showed me a lot of things on it. A month later I went back and bought it. They were helpful. And nice. The owners are awesome! I can call them anytime with questions and they are more than willing to help me! Just goes to show you need to go and see for yourself and not pay attention to reviews. If I lived here, they would be my number one shop to go to. They know their stuff! Thanks guys for all your help!
