If you are looking for live shiners of all sizes you need to check them out. Unlike the other bait shops in this area they have a constant supply and you are able to have them handpicked. They are very well taken care of. The large and jumbo shiners have produced a couple of the biggest bass I’ve ever caught.

Family and I had a great time cruising the river on the rented pontoon boat. The person who helped us was awesome....he showed us the ropes, gave us pointers that made our day fantastic. Wonderful way to see wildlife. Can’t wait to experience this again!!!
excellent place to buy live bait, never had them come up with empty tanks when I am there to buy, always pleasant. I would even drive out of my way to use this bait shop its that good.
This is the only bait shop my girlfriend and I go to. Extremely cool crew up there that actually knows about fishing. Prices are unbeatable plus the "Bargain Barrow" is a must every time I go, sometimes checking to or three times making sure I didn't miss a good lure. Definitely check it out.
It was a great experience. I rented a medium sized boat for a day and bought baits and got old rods for free. Great price and best service. Saw all kind of birds, gators and even two manatees. Perry and his colleague Brandon were very nice and gentle, I would highly recommend their service.
Highly recommended that you stop by and check out Shady Oak Bait and Tackle. Great people and good prices. They have good sized shinners and great deals on boat rentals. The whole staff is friendly and knowledgeable of the area.
