Do not live here! New manager is very rude and lacks basic customer service skills. She keeps on talking over you and basically will blame you for any problem that your apartment has. The apartments are also not move in ready as my apartment has gaping holes in all the sliding doors letting in outside air, the dishwasher never worked, my oven never worked. The A/C had to get replaced twice, the heater did not work and my yard faucet leaked and as a solution they just closed it all together. The electricity has gone out in my apartment numerous times and I had to basically fix everything myself. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything your neighbor is doing. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Shannon Park is definitely a wonderful place to live. The property manager is very professional and helpful. The maintenance is outstanding. It is a very peaceful and beautiful place to live.

DON'T DO IT. You don't get what you pay for. New manager is awful. She has created a hornets nest and pokes it everyday. People are moving out. It used to be a nice place. Beautiful landscape NOT. DON'T DO IT.

There is so many wonderful things about this complex it would be impossible to mention them all. Carol the manager is top notch, so kind and caring, she radiates the front office. Abe the maintenance tech is always so quick and efficient, I love living here!
