Took my rainbow vacuum and power head to the shop in Shawnee because the power head stopped working. The clerk said it would be sent to the store up North. He called me after 3 weeks and said he replaced the cord and also did a tune up on the vacuum also tried charging me. I informed him I didn't asked for that service. I have a central system so I didn't notice that the power head was switched now the power head does not work or fit on this model. He was wanting to deliver directly to my house after telling him twice just take it back to the place where I left it. Took another 2 weeks before I got the vacuum. The vacuum sounds horrible. I'm in the market for another rainbow vacuum but not from him. They screwed me. I won't be coming back.
