Every time I have work done I go to this team and they do not disappoint. I just had white walls put on my V-Star and they look absolutely amazing and the crew was even nice enough to wipe of my bike too. It was a bit dusty, lol! Great price and a I really appreciate the team treating me like a human being as well.

Great bunch of guys and gals to buy a motorcycle from. The whole staff is very freindly and polite. These guys aren't pushy. I looked at a lot of bikes and they were willing to pull each one out so I could look it over. When I made my decision they neglected the price with me. Highly recommend buying here. Just wanna say how grateful I am for Shawnee Cycle standing behind their commitment to customer satisfaction. We moved from West Chester , Ohio last year and were looking for a service shop when a troubling coolant leak developed. On my ST1300, this can lead to some heavily intensive labor time. In my case, the service department worked diligently to identify and correct the problem, going so far as to arrange for a tow truck to come to my house and to make follow-up repairs at no cost to me. The General Manager there was insistent to get the work done and gain my trust in their ability to service all my future motorcycle needs. They have it! After several long rides recently, I can say that my bike has not run or handled as well since the day I bought. Hats off to Kyle, Ken (the top-notch seasoned mechanic), and the service manager. Collectively, I felt the support of the entire staff at Shawnee, which has already lead me to test ride two new touring bikes because I know this company will stand behind their words. I seriously CANNOT say enough good things about the men working here. From Tom who looked into financing options for me, to tanner who ended up officially selling me my bike and all of the people in between - every single person I came In contact with was phenomenal. A few honorable mentions! Jake & Tanner went above and beyond to get me pricing I could work with. Jared did my paperwork and took payment and was super nice and helpful. I came in for a Honda Grom but ended up leaving with a Kawasaki Z125 and I am so happy with my purchase. Tanner went over the specs of each bike and helped me decide which was best for me and him and his team went above and beyond to get me out the door with the bike I wanted. Seriously if you need a new bike or gear or anything in between you NEED to go see these guys because their service is next to none.
