Tried to have them fix my trailer, they said it was perfectly straight now. Said they put level on it. I could tell from 30 yards it was still bent, they did nothing for a 100. But at least they did give me my money back after I called them on it.if you want to charge me at least do some of the work!
They were very nice people willing to help they helped Fred's tire and battery with an Axle for a guy going to Georgia highly recommend
Went in today to get light work done on my trailer and they got us in and fixed us up and out of there in no time Friendly staff and great customer service!! Id recommend this place to anyone who needs trailer work done or is looking for truck accesories or just to buy a trailer! Thanks John and John Jr. !!
Worst service possible. Suing John Keiver and Trailer Supply for damage to my under body boxes, upper boxes, service bed, and filler pipe leading to the full tank. Never do business with them. Over charged, nothing in workman like manner, and everything had to be repaired and rebuilt. Taking them to small claims court in 2015 to try and recover part of the damage they did. They were to keep the truck for 1 1/2 days and instead kept it for 8 days. Keiver agreed to refund my money and of course never did (I recorded him).
