First time with this outfitter and it was awesome. Great lodge and food. My friends and I went on a rifle hunt and saw several deer the entire time. I manage to harvest my biggest buck to date on first sit. My friends did not harvest a buck but only due to them being very selective and trying to maximize their hunt and after all it is a free range hunt so not guaranteed. We have already discussed going back for a bow hunt and turkey hunt due to what we saw while we were there. The owner is a local farmer and takes pride in his work to prepare his guest for a good hunt. I enjoyed getting to know him and hang out with him after my harvest. This trip was money well spent and would recommend to anyone.
Adam Gander runs a top notch outfitter. He is fully engaged with each hunter and genuinely cares about helping each one have a successful hunt. This was my first trip with Gander and I really couldnt be happier with the experience. Everyone was very knowledgable and professional. I will definitely be back!
