I had emailed Seth and his wife through the church website and thanked them for helping my girlfriend. I had been hurting really bad and depressed and I also wanted to help so I tried emailing, texting, and calling both of them so we could set up a meeting to talk face to face BUT THEY TOTALLY IGNORED ME. The next day I drove into the insurance company and talked to Seth face to face and I thought it went well BUT THEY HADN'T LET US SEE EACH OTHER OR TALK FOR WEEKS. I CONSIDER OUR RELATIONSHIP TO BE THE SAME AS A MARRIAGE SO WHAT THEY ARE DOING IS RUDE, CRUEL, AND HORRIBLE. I HAVE HEARD THEY HAVE TALKED TO OTHER PEOPLE ABOUT ME AND TURNED THEM AGAINST ME. I HAVE TRIED TO BE A GOOD PERSON AND EVEN WANT TO HELP. I EVEN SENT THEM A LINK TO SOME INFO I SAW ON CHANNEL 6 NEWS AND A LINK TO A ARTICLE IN A NEWS PAPER. THIS WAS ON SOME MEETINGS THAT MIGHT HAVE BEEN HELPFUL TO OTHER PEOPLE. THEY ARE SO RUDE AND CLOSE MINDED THEY WOULDN'T EVEN LOOK AT IT THEY HAVE DONE NOTHING BUT MAKE THINGS WORSE AND ADD TO THE STRESS, DEPRESSION AND DESTROYING OUR RELATIONSHIP. THEY ARE EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND THEY HAVE NO EDUCATION OR TRAINING IN WHAT THEY ARE TRYING TO DO AND THEY SHOULD ATLEAST HIRED SOME THERAPISTS THAT WERE EDUCATED AND TRAINED. I WANTED TO HELP BUT THEY WERE RUDE THEY ARE FAKE AND RUDE. IT'S A FALSE FRONT. THEY JUST WANT TO LOOK GOOD FOR THE PUBLIC I AM SICK OF ALL THIS AND EVERYONE
