It's a little extension office when you want to do in person auto titles, pay your property taxes and stuff like that. The lines usually aren't very long, and the people are pretty nice. Not much more to say about it. Y'all be good in Van Alstyne.

Starr was rude when I used the handicap accessible lane. The layout they have for traffic is also very confusing. There wasn’t a line anyway, so not sure why she had an attitude. Also more than 75% of the employees are not wearing masks. Government employees should be wearing considering there is a mask mandate in the state of Texas. If I have to wear one coming into this court house, they need to be wearing one as well.

Seriously shut down the website on two of the busiest days of the year and then not answer the phone without it ringing for 30 minutes. Just need account info but because Grayson County is behind it n technology their server won't handle the traffic so let's shut down the means to help ourselves. SMH

Coming from a city experience of long waits and disgruntled government employees I was super happy with this place and I'm totally raving about the contrast. Small wait, courteous normal folks who aren't there to waste my time but don't make me feel like I'm wasting theirs. Parking was a little limited but both times I've been here I've not had to search.
