I can't tell you how many people I saw for my eating disorder who either didn't believe me, didn't help me, or made me worse than I already was. The moment I went into Nina's office, I knew something was different. She holds a free group session on Saturday's, which is where I went first. After asking her to be work with me 1 on 1, it changed my life. Very quickly was I leaving the eating disorder behind, and focusing on the underlying issues that caused it to begin with. THIS was a much longer and deep process that I am still, and will be in the process of for a while longer. No matter what, she has been there, been consistent, and what I would consider as the most reliable, steady person I have ever met. I would recommend to anyone struggling with an eating disorder, deep past or current trauma, and those who don't know where else to look. She'll make you do the work, but she will help you see what it is, so you aren't lost. Thank you endlessly, Nina!
