I had to do a name change, went there in the AM when they opened and was out within 5 minutes. My husband had to get his birth year changed as the IRS had it incorrect, it took longer for him, around an hour, but it was an easy process.

The Social Security Administration is pathetic. Intervention on a federal level is necessary to ensure that Donald Trump does not get ripped off by the biggest fraud scheme in the State of Texas. Evidence is being withheld for a case and the State of Texas is ridiculous about assisting a major fraud case. No, I’m not a Republican despite fake news. However, on a local level, law enforcement hasn’t done anything but eat donuts and condone fraud and abuse. Moreover, diabetes for that matter. The FBI has been notified and quite frankly they are pathetic too. Now If the Central Inteligence Agency would like to intervene then please be my guest. I’m not “acting.” I’m not playing victim. Justice is due to a lot of people, myself included, and if I have to snitch every body out then damn be it.
This place is horrible my sister whom I had guardianship of she just turned 18 I'm her pay e she receives a SSI check every month because she physically cannot work and last month she had to reevaluated and so I did that and turned in the paper work and they told me she's good to go and she will receive it this month so I said ok cool well this month her check did not come so I go up there and they proceeded to tell me they lost my paper work and I have to re do it and I have to wait a whole month to get her money .... they never once called me and told me anything about then losing my paper work i had to go up there now my sister has to suffer because they made a mistake and i asked to get a supervisors number and they lady was very disrespectful at the office and gave me the wrong number who should I call something needs to be done this is illegal
