In the past, we had very positive experiences here. We have always gotten our computers here whenever any of us need a new one in the house. Today I had a very negative experience. The team member who I was asking for help was not wearing a mask at all. I had a question to ask him, and had brought two of our computers to show him what we needed help with. At first he wouldn't even look at out computers to see what I was asking about. I insisted on him looking at them anyways. He then called one of our computers ancient (a computer that they, by the way sold us). When I told him that I didn't find that very fair to say, he replied not apologizing but by saying again that it was ancient. Usually they are very helpful, but today I received very bad customer service.

Needed a new battery for my iPhone 6, walked in and out in less than 15 minutes. They replaced the battery on my wife's iPhone 6 five months ago. It's so nice to have someone that services Apple products in the Shiloh/O' Fallon area. Highly recommended.

I am a 73 year old lady looking for a new laptop. The young salesman refused to put on a mask for my safety. Covid 19 is not a joke. He stated they were a private business and could do as they pleased. I walked out. No customer service or consideration here. So sad. Response to the Owner. This is however a Customer Service issue. The exchange happened exactly as I described. I wouldn't know about your products because the salesperson made no attempt to explain any of the precautions that you took great lengths to itemize in your response. And what I will add this time that I didn't say at first was I did not appreciate his smug attitude. I stand by my 1 rating because that's how I was treated.
