In the future, the rating might change to reflect the improved service. I have a theory that because it was a really nice day out, you reallocated resources to weather sensitive projects.

I had a different company do the house last Christmas and was very disappointed. Decided to give it another try with Shine, so glad I did. It went smooth, no surprises, and looks great.
The technician Bradley arrived on time. He was polite and courteous yet very professional in doing the work contracted. Bradley was very thorough in the power siding washing and the window washing. He explained what he was using and answered any question I had. I would not hesitate recommending this company to anyone especially if you can get someone like Bradley to do the job. My house now truly \Shines\.
Technician did a fantastic and thorough job cleaning my gutters. I will use Shine next year for gutter cleaning, power washing my deck and moss removal for my roof. Also the technician was wearing a mask - following CDC guidelines.
I have used this company for many years. They are very professional and extremely ethical! If something isn't quite right they are right there to remedy the situation and always happy to accommodate and please. Best customer service ever!!
